service industry

it irritating at times to b in the service industry. customers are NOT always right u know? some customers are just plain annoying. oh well. when i get praised by our customers or i see smiley contented customers, that really makes my day! but the ppl up there aka manager's manager dun see all these. all they know is that when they recieve a complaint, they screw their staffs who slog like cows to earn them their pay. riteeee. i dun get praise when my sales are good. i dun go st to my direct supervisor to complain when i dun get enuf stock from u to sell. and i din say a thing when u din explain to my customers, resulting in me having to take the blame and clean up the shit u created.

and now just becoz of one stupid idiot by the name of david decided to be sneaky bastard to lodge a complaint against me n my colleague for eating ice-cream n not serving him, we get fucked by our managers. it just gets on my nerves. and its impossible that we DUN SERVE CUSTOMERS in our shop. and furthermore, he claimed that 2 staffs eating ice-cream n not serving him. which dusen qte make sense becoz we got 3 staff that day. wth. u wanna complain at least get ur facts right. the most we check camera lar.

when i put down my food n serve customers, do i get praised? NO. i dun ask for that, coz i think its the thing to do. but when i leave my ice-cream to melt or my noodles to turn cold, so as to serve customers, the ppl up there dun see it. all they know is that their staff MUST BE ILL-DISCIPLINED, thats why they recieve a complaint case. CRAP.
