we had potluck supposedly for dinner. but it somehow stretch from lunch to tea to dinner to supper. lolx! and i made one whole beeg tub of potato salad for the potluck. it was so yummylicious that i m so proud of it. my frens cleared the whole tub b4 some ppl even came, they had so many servings each that the late comers din get to try my potato salad =) oh i like wh's fruit salad too! actually jus cut fruits, coz we din add the mayo. and py's konnyaku was nice, apart from the fact that they added too much water, so it cud have been better.
jl brought mandrin vodka n ys brought apeach vodka. the peach one is a new flavour. n its so nice!!! omg omg omg! i think anyone would have loved it. =) but i drank only like 3 cups or so? ytd there wasnt a crazie drinking session, despite having more alcohol available than usual. even ben was hum n he chose the BOY's version over the MAN's version. jl gave him the more soda less alc version. so basically no one got drunk this time round. neither did ccc attempt to rape the guys. *recalls last yr* oh btw, elena drank like 1 cup? or less? and she got all red. hehe. i had to keep feeding her ice coz there was no water.
we played the silent heart attack game aka the pigs game bywhich lower level pigs are not supposed to communicate with higher levels one la. i'm proudly the one level pig (dernoe kena saboed by who la) and ccc is officially our level FIVE pig. hehehe. but then we gave the forfeit a missed. so lucky rite?
oh we wanted to play mahjong. i brought 2 sets of mahjong. my small set n my neighbour's bigger set. thanks to ys, who last min told me he cant bring. but den again he came to help me carry from my place. so not that bad la. can manage lor.
we tried to rent tables from the DE resort. but they stoopidly decided not to rent tables anymore n insisted that it was noisy n might disturb others. if u want quiet n peace den dun come to a chalet la. aiyoh. yar so we had to make do. we placed a cardboard on the bed n started playing.
played 2 rounds of mahjong. 10c 20c round, ys was the sole loser. shocking rite? but that was coz steph n yh were playing in his place with his money. lolx! den later on we played the 5c 10c round. its like the smallest i have played b4 lor. but me n steph shared a side. we were winning lots until wh started trashing us like mad. so overall we only won 3.50 to b shared by the 2 of us. n wh being the only other big winner.
coz we're kinda winning n i was hungry by abt 3+, so steph cut her chocolate cake n kept serving me with more n more servings of choco cake. lols. now i haf sore throat. oops!!! die la...
we also played poker. its unlike the normal 5 cards version. we only deal 2 cards each. hehe. hy taught us the game. me, hy n jl r daring n cunning gamblers. lolx. so we either win big or lose big each time. n overall its 40c loss for me. which is as good as nothing larr.
the guys played xbox too. which i wasnt exactly interested in. =)
and we had present exchange. and i dunno if i shud call it a coincidence or wad.. coz we had THREE boxes of ferrero rocher. so common la. omg. st left b4 he took his present so i gave the box of rocher to pg. n i supposedly drew lots n got my own present. so i exchanged it with a random number that turned out to b jl's n the present is form ccc. so jl got the nice wallet from me! =)
oh btw we had like abt 15 ppl sleeping in 4 beds. lolx! n gs happily found a nice spot to slp under the table. we were so amused. so cosy huh?
had to carry so many things home. n was so tired. so i decided to cab home after breakfast at DE. shared cab with hy. n guess wad? it was a detour for me, unlike wad jl claimed to b (on the way). thou hy paid more but i still paid abt the same amt (for DE to amk) afterall. hehe. but it was fun la. coz i had neva crapped to much with hy for the whole of 2 years. hahaha.
to those who din turn up... U MISSED THE FUN! Muahahaha!!! *grins*
