i ate like THREE eggs today! oh my gawd... haha... lucky i dun eat egg yolk, if not the cholesterol is enough to clog up my all my artieries and make me die of heart attack or smth... the sad pt is, i cant cook half-boiled egg. and the reason y i ate 3 eggs was coz i was trying to cook half-boiled egg, but failed. goodness... the first one was between hard-boiled and half-boiled. the 2nd one was not cooked in the middle, but too cooked at the sides, ie some egg white hardened on the inner surface of the egg shell. this wasn't the kind of 'half-boiled' egg i intended to cook?! the 3rd one was kinda uncooked. i had to microwave it for a while. so conclusion, i m a failure at cooking half-boiled eggs. But that isnt the end of it... i learnt a lesson from this... call me philosophical if u wish... Jus something to entertain u guys if u're feeling bored...

See rite... Hard boiled egg is easy to cook, as long as u put it long enough, it will b fully cooked. u cant possibly overcook a hard-boiled egg rite? i cant imagine someone worse than me. Then let's look at frying an egg. U need almost no culinary talent to fry a proper egg. It's like the first basic 'dish' u would learn usually... there is always exceptions, but still... the thing is by staring at the egg in the pan, u can tell whether it's done, and to wadeva extent u want it to be cooked.

Having said that, now we can draw a parallel to life and the way people feel abt or treat relationships. Cooking a half-boiled egg is like managing a relationship, be it friendship, bgr, or wadeva else. Things might turned out better if u're experienced. But no matter wad theres no absolute. One's mind is always unpredictable (Uncertainty jus can't be explained). The egg shell is the only thing u see when u're trying to prepare a half-boiled egg, just like when u see a person, all u can see is the surface of a person and you will understand nothing abt wads going on in the mind of that person. When they dun express wad they think or how they feel, others won't know wads in their mind. Like the egg analogy again, if u dun spill everything out, u dunno wad it is like inside the egg/person... Illustrations as follows:

Scenerio 1: When something is bothering a friend... from the surface u can't tell wads bothering him/her. And as a friend, you cant help but feel that u're useless and not of any help...
Scenerio 2: When a guy like a girl, and he choose to act like a 'hum-jing-peng', den the gurl will never know.. Den jus too bad la... (disclaimer: if any scenerio sounds vaguely or disturbingly familiar, its just pure coincidence, so pls dun kill me for it! *squeaks*) lol!~

Hard-boiled egg is like ur family. Its the 'safest' choice. U cant really go wrong. They are always there.. and u know no matter how u pissed them off one day... Someday, it will b fine again. Because you share the same blood, you know u're linked in some sense. Afterall, blood is thicker than water, no hatred or displeasure is enough to kill that bond. So no matter wad happens, jus like cooking a hard-boiled egg, it will turn out fine eventually. But we must remember that dusen give us an excuse to treat them for granted.

Moving on to fried egg, read on if u r still interested... Frying an egg is like dealing with bosses or teachers... u can piss them off or irritate them, but you must noe when to give them a break. haha. u can tease ur teacher or give him/her attitude, or wadeva... but b4 hitting his/her limit knowing that he/she bth and gonna 'fire' up soon (ie. equivalent to when u see the sides of ur egg getting burnt), u better stop to salvage the situation b4 things get out of hand. haha... if not, the only diff is that: for frying an egg, only the egg is screwed, whereas if that were ur tcher/superior/boss, YOU will b screwed. lol!~
