$100 treat?

I jus finish writing an appeal letter (for speeding) for my BRO. hmm... Apparently he promised me a 100bux reward if the fine gets reduced to maybe $200. haha... easy money eh? we shall see... Let's hope the appeal gets thru, if he gets fined $600 or even more, i can say bye bye to any nice present for my birthday this year... noooooo that can't happen...
